USGFX 联准国际被指控侵占客户资金
USGFX 联准国际正被其台湾客户指控侵占客户资金，现已被投诉到澳大利亚金融投诉局（AFCA）。
2018年，联名提起投诉的23名受害投资者相继在 USGFX 联准国际开立了30个信托存款账户，并通过将资金直接汇入为 USGFX 联准国际提供客户托管账户的银行澳大利亚联邦银行（CBA），加入了 USGFX 联准国际的一项信托存款投资专案。该专案允许投资者随时提取账户余额，且交易商和信托机构均无权转移或使用客户资金。
然而今年，USGFX 联准国际却在未告知受害投资者的情况下，非法、蓄意将他们在信托存款帐户中的资金转至该公司新推出的投资专案，导致在 USGFX 联准国际进入破产管理程序后，受害投资者的资金遭到冻结。据此，受害投资者指控 USGFX 联准国际侵占客户资金，违反了客户资金相关规定。
此外，受害投资者还在投诉中表示，此案中作为客户信托帐户提供方的澳大利亚联邦银行也违反了其必须谨慎管理托管帐户、在维护账户受益人最大利益的前提下管理资产的义务，因此同样需要承担相应责任。
