Broadridge宣布以21.43亿欧元收购Itiviti
全球金融科技领导者Broadridge Financial Solutions，Inc.（下称“Broadridge”）周一宣布达成最终协议，从Nordic Capital手中收购技术提供商Itiviti Holding AB（下称“Itiviti”）。
Broadridge将以全现金方式收购Itiviti，收购金额为21.43亿欧元，预计于2021财年第四季度完成，尚待监管机构批准。
Itiviti在亚太地区和欧洲、中东及非洲地区拥有强大的影响力，这将有助于Broadridge拓展北美地区外的业务，在主要市场扩大足迹。另外，客户将从此次收购中受益匪浅，他们能够简化技术栈，提高效率，降低风险，优化股票、固定收益、交易所交易衍生品和其他资产类别的资产负债表。
Itiviti总部位于斯德哥尔摩，拥有庞大的国际业务，客户遍布50个国家，涵盖24家全球顶级投行、2000多家经纪商、交易公司和资产管理机构。Itiviti的蓝筹客户群将为Broadridge的产品投资组合提供交叉销售机会，进一步助力该公司实现长期增长。
