领先泛欧市场基础设施泛欧交易所，宣布以44.44亿欧元完成了对意大利证券交易所的收购，这标志着领先泛欧市场基础设施和欧洲资本市场已创立。
泛欧交易所表示，泛欧交易所和意大利证券交易所的客户将受益于新集团的规模、多元化业务组合和强化的交易后活动。
截至2020年12月31日的财政年度，集团预估总收入和收益为14亿欧元；预估税息折旧及摊销前利润（EBITDA）为7.897亿欧元；预估调整后净收入为4.976亿欧元。
