港股异动 | 中海石油化学(03983)现涨超5% 拟购回不超10%H股股份 全年纯利同比增长45%
中海石油化学(03983)现涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.72%，报2.44港元，成交额1049.74万港元。
消息面上，中海石油化学公告，公司将于2024年5月28日召开H股类别股东大会，审议及批准向公司董事会授予于有关期间购回公司境外上市外资股(H股)的一般授权，购回不超过本决议案获股东周年大会及相关决议案获类别股东大会通过时公司已发行及未被购回H股之10%的股份。
中海石油化学此前公布全年业绩，收入为人民币129.9亿元，同比减少9%；毛利约20.61亿元，同比减少18.75%；公司拥有人应占净利润为23.82亿元，同比增长45%。拟派年末股息为每股0.207元。
