港股异动 | 国联证券(01456)现涨超4% 公司筹划收购民生证券 有望挤进头部券商序列
国联证券(01456)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨2.18%，报3.76港元，成交额3225.26万港元。
消息面上，国联证券此前公告称，公司拟发行股份收购45名对手方持有的民生证券95.48%的股权。这预示着两家证券公司重组整合进入实质阶段。东吴证券指出，本次公告标志国联与民生的协同整合再次迈上新台阶，充分契合监管支持头部机构通过并购重组做优做强的表态，国联证券有望在大幅提升体量的同时与民生证券实现优势互补。
此外，根据公开数据简单测算，国联证券和民生证券完成整合后，投行、固收、、资产管理等主要业务将跻身行业第一梯队，成为准头部券商。未来随着投资投行、财富管理等业务天花板的进一步打开，则有望冲击行业前10名区间，挤进头部券商序列。
