希教国际控股(01765)发布公告，该公司已于2024年5月21日申请并成功获高等法院授出认可令，命令即使已提出呈请，倘本公司被颁令清盘，自提出呈请日期起转让本公司任何或全部已发行及缴足股份将不会根据公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例第182条失效。此外，本公司并无就于本公司日常业务过程中处置财产向高等法院取得全权委托认可令。本公司投资者及对手方须注意公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例第182条的影响及相关风险。
