中国有赞(08083)拟更名为“有赞科技有限公司”
中国有赞(08083)发布公告，董事会建议将公司的名称由“China Youzan Limited”更改为“Youzan Technology Limited”，并将公司的中文第二名称由“中国有赞有限公司”更改为“有赞科技有限公司”。
董事会宣布，罗申美会计师事务所将于其当前任期于应届股东周年大会结束时届满后退任公司核数师，且于应届股东周年大会上不再重新获委任为公司核数师。根据审核委员会的推荐建议，董事会建议于罗申美会计师事务所退任后委任安永会计师事务所为公司核数师。
