集一控股(01495)进一步延迟刊发2023年年度业绩
集一控股(01495)发布公告，由于需要额外时间取得有关集团资产减值亏损计算的进一步证明文件及报告，故于本公告日期，审核委员会及核数师就集团2023年经审核年度业绩的整个审核及审阅程序仍未完成。此外，于本公告日期，核数师仍未能收到部份银行及其他交易对象的审计确认函，而公司正积极寻求所有该等银行及交易对象提供相关审计确认函，以实现刊发2023年经审核全年业绩公告及年报。
根据公司所掌握的资讯和目前审计工作的进展情况，董事会预计2023年经审计年度业绩和年度报告的预期公布和发送日期将分别推迟至2024年6月30日或之前。
