丽珠医药(01513)截至5月末对控股附属公司的担保余额为27.28亿元
丽珠医药(01513)发布公告，2024年5月，该公司与交通银行股份有限公司珠海分行签署了《保证合同》，被担保人为四川光大制药有限公司及丽珠集团(宁夏)制药有限公司，担保期限为自单笔授信业务的主合同签订之日起至债务人在该主合同项下的债务履行期限届满日后三年止，担保总金额为人民币22000万元。
截至2024年5月31日，公司对控股附属公司的担保余额为27.28亿元，占公司最近一期经审计归属于母公司股东净资产(1404249.53万元)的比例为19.42%。
