维力生活科技(01703)接获联交所复牌指引 继续停牌
维力生活科技(01703)公布，于2024年2月23日，公司接获联交所的函件，当中载列有关公司股份于联交所复牌的指引。根据复牌指引，公司须：
1. 刊发上市规则规定的所有未刊发财务业绩，并处理任何审核修订;
2. 证明公司符合上市规则第13.24条;
3. 重新遵守上市规则第3.10、3.10A、3.21、3.25、3.27A及13.92条;及
4. 知会市场所有重大资料，以供公司股东及投资者评估公司状况。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
