澳亚集团(02425)发布公告，平田俊行(作为非执行董事)已于股东周年大会上提出轮值退任，并已于股东周年大会结束时退任董事会。
于股东周年大会上，Tamotsu MATSUI已获股东委任为非执行董事，自股东周年大会结束时起生效。
于股东周年大会结束时，Matsui先生将取代平田先生为审计委员会成员。
