金嗓子(06896)：覃解生获委任为独立非执行董事
金嗓子(06896)发布公告，经股东周年大会审议并以普通决议案方式批准，覃解生已获委任为独立非执行董事，自2024年6月5日起生效，任期为三年，须根据公司组织章程细则的条文于公司股东周年大会上轮值告退及膺选连任。
此外，覃解生已获委任为董事会审核委员会成员，自2024年6月5日起生效。
