上海石油化工股份(00338)委任郭晓军为执行董事、董事长
上海石油化工股份(00338)公布，公司第十一届董事会第八次会议于2024年6月6日召开，审议并批准郭晓军先生为执行董事、董事长、战略与ESG委员会主席及提名委员会成员。郭晓军先生亦为《香港上市规则》第3.05条项下的该公司授权代表。其委任自会议决议之日起正式生效。
