港股异动 | 阿里影业(01060)午后涨超4% 年度收入同比增长44% 大麦GMV同比增超500%
阿里影业(01060)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.55%，报0.46港元，成交额2008.03万港元。
消息面上，阿里影业近日发布24财年业绩公告，受益于电影和演出行业的蓬勃发展及业务结构的多元化布局，截至2024年3月31日，阿里影业实现收入约人民币50.36亿元，同比增长44%；经调整EBITA连续4年实现盈利，盈利约人民币5.04亿元，同比增幅61%。
值得一提的是，2023年11月30日，阿里影业完成了对大麦的重大收购。业绩公告显示，报告期内，大麦在票务代理领域占据市场显著领先优势，周杰伦、五月天、薛之谦、林俊杰、张杰等演唱会头部项目覆盖率接近100%，业务交易总额(GMV)高速增长，同比增幅逾500%。
