港股异动 | 美团-W(03690)涨超3% 20亿美元回购计划彰显发展信心 高盛指其盈利能见度强劲
美团-W(03690)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.2%，报116.2港元，成交额29.33亿港元。
消息面上，继去年11月底公布10亿美元回购计划后，美团又公布了一笔巨额回购计划。公司近日公告称，董事会决议根据2023年6月30日股东大会上通过的股份回购授权，不时在公开市场回购总金额不超过20亿美元的公司B类普通股股份。公司将在符合相关规则的情况下进行回购。
富瑞认为，集团宣布的20亿美元股票回购计划是一个正面因素，反映对前景的信心并为股东创造价值。高盛表示，美团仍为下半年中国互联网的主要“买入”建议之一，基于强劲的盈利能见度，以及进一步的线上渗透提升本地服务的潜在市场规模(TAM)。续予美团“买入”评级，目标价148港元。
