华和控股(09938)发盈警 预计年度综合净亏损不多于约5790万港元 同比盈转亏
华和控股(09938)发布公告，预期集团于截至2024年3月31日止年度将取得不多于约5790万港元的综合净亏损，而截至2023年3月31日止年度则为经审核综合纯利约290万港元。
预计本年度将转盈为亏乃主要由于：(i)因投资物业公平值亏损而产生的非现金项目约1910万港元;(ii)集团一名主要客户于2024年3月1日清盘，与该客户进行三个建筑项目的相关亏损约2060万港元;及(iii)就若干客户的减值亏损拨备增加约2260万港元及特定拨备增加约2380万港元。原因是董事会估计，上述客户(为香港一个主要建筑集团)于年内清盘后集团的信贷风险增加。
