大洋集团(01991)：开元信德将被免除核数师 继续停牌
大洋集团(01991)发布公告，待相关决议案于公司将予召开及举行的股东特别大会上通过后，开元信德会计师事务所有限公司(开元信德)将被免除集团核数师，而新任核数师将获委任为集团新核数师以填补建议罢免产生的空缺，并任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
鉴于上文论述的建议罢免，预期审计程序将进一步延迟，而2023年年度业绩的预期刊发日期只能于接近完成审计程序后才能确定。
此外，继续停牌。
