新华联合投资(08159)公布，杨琛将获委任为独立非执行董事，自公司股份恢复买卖之日期起生效。同日，杨琛亦将担任审核委员会主席以及策略及发展委员会成员。
此外，公司认为其已达成所有复牌指引，公司已向联交所申请公司股份恢复买卖，自2024年6月14日上午九时正起生效。
