泛海集团(00129)发盈警，预期年度股东应占亏损55亿港元至61亿港元
泛海集团(00129)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年3月31日止年度的股东应占亏损55亿港元至61亿港元，相较2023年3月31日止年度所取得溢利8.01亿港元。
公告称，该变动主要是由于债务证券投资的预期信贷亏损拨备增加;其他因素包括因一所在古洞北拥有发展项目的合资企业，未能在规定期限内与政府就补地价金额达成共识，导致政府随后收回土地，从而分摊该项目的应占资产减值拨备，以及投资物业公平价值收益远低于去年。
