大唐新能源(01798)拟设立合资公司开发文昌储能项目
大唐新能源(01798)公布，于2024年6月14日，该公司、大唐新能源香港及大唐海南订立合资协议，内容有关(其中包括)订约方共同出资设立合资公司，以共同开发文昌储能项目。
根据合资协议，合资公司注册资本为人民币5900万元，其中该公司以现金出资人民币2360万元，占合资公司注册资本的40%;大唐新能源香港以现金出资人民币1475万元，占合资公司注册资本的25%;大唐海南以现金出资人民币2,065万元，占合资公司注册资本的35%。
鉴于设立合资公司以推动开发文昌储能项目，符合国家和公司可再生能源发展战略，项目接入方案清晰，不存在明显开发风险;项目开发建设符合海南省能源结构调整和可持续发展需要，符合当地经济发展需要，地方政府支持力度较大，有利于持续推动公司高质量发展。
