京基金融国际(01468)拟将法定股本增至10亿港元 溢价约29.5%配股 最多净筹约2.473亿港元
京基金融国际(01468)公布，为使公司配合集团未来的扩展及增长，董事会建议通过增设900亿股新股份将公司法定股本由1亿港元(分为100亿股股份)增至10亿港元(分为1000亿股股份)。增加法定股本有待股东于股东特别大会上通过普通决议案批准。
于2024年6月17日，该公司拟透过配售代理向不少于6名承配人配售最多10亿股配售股份，占经配发及发行配售股份扩大后公司已发行股本约9.8%。价格为每股配售股份0.25港元，较当日收市价每股0.193港元溢价约29.5%。
假设配售代理成功配售所有配售股份，净筹约2.473亿港元，约22.6%用于偿还负债，约20.2%用于发展集团的绿色资源投资业务，约57.2%用作补充其营运资金。
