中国光大水务(01857)与上海交通建设设立合营公司以承接中国河南省安阳市的污水处理厂
中国光大水务(01857)公布，根据公司、上海交通建设总承包有限公司与安阳市住房和城乡建设局于2024年6月6日订立的特许经营协议的条款，董事会谨此宣布，公司与上海交通建设已于中华人民共和国设立一间合营公司光水水务(安阳)有限公司，以承接中国河南省安阳市的污水处理厂。新合营公司以约2.21亿元人民币的注册资本设立，该公司持股99%，上海交通建设持股1%。
新合营公司的主要业务范围包括(但不限于)污水处理及其再生利用;市政设施管理;水污染治理;水环境污染防治服务;固体废物治理;技术服务;技术开发。
