港股异动 | 中建国际(03311)盘中涨近4% 香港推广智慧工地 公司产品具备优势且后续有望拓展内地市场
中国建筑国际(03311)盘中涨近4%，截至发稿，涨3.39%，报10.36港元，成交额1025.26万港元。
消息面上，香港计划于7月推出强制措施，凡预算成本超过3000万港元的工程合约并涉及使用流动机械及塔式起重机的建筑工程，必须采用4S系统。同时，屋宇署预计将于7月对100个工地颁发标签，年内计划完成约500个工地参与标签计划。
长江证券指出，私营工地4S系统应用比例较低，政府出台强制措施；参考CITF标准化套餐定价，香港智慧工地空间约为6亿港币/年。该行指出，中国建筑国际旗下海宏技术有限公司作为行业龙头，产品具备优势。当前时点来看，香港市场智慧工地市场空间虽然不大，但展望内地市场，广东、江苏、福建等多省住建厅近年来接连印发智慧工地建设推进的通知，公司未来有望将香港成熟的智慧工地经验引入国内，开拓蓝海市场。
