港股异动 | 华润建材科技(01313)午后涨超9% 工信部严禁备案和新建扩大产能的水泥熟料项目
华润建材科技(01313)午后涨超9%，截至发稿，涨8.87%，报1.35港元，成交额2307.37万港元。
消息面上，6月18日，工信部公开征求对《水泥玻璃行业产能置换实施办法（2024 年本）（征求意见稿）》的意见。严禁备案和新建扩大产能的水泥熟料、平板玻璃项目。确有必要新建、改建的，必须制定产能置换方案，实施产能置换。
广发证券指出，水泥需求持续低迷，供需矛盾加剧，2024年1季度水泥行业盈利见底，2季度在需求较弱情况下，水泥企业为改善盈利，减产提价，目前行业盈利仍在底部震荡，但水泥淡季涨价显示企业改善盈利的决心，关注专项债加速发行带来的基建需求回升；核心公司底部盈利好于过往周期也好于同行；目前行业估值在历史底部。
