今米房集团(08300)发布公告，集团预期与截至2023年3月31日止年度(2023财年)相比，2024财年将取得净亏损增加。2024财年集团的净亏损预期将不超过3300万港元，相比之下，2023财年的净亏损为约2230万港元。
预期2024财年净亏损较2023财年增加主要归因于已售存货成本增加;使用权资产的一次性减值亏损确认;物业、机器及设备的一次性减值亏损确认;及于2024财年的行政及经营开支增加。有关影响部分被2024财年增加的收益及毛利抵销。
