港股异动 | 中芯国际(00981)涨超5%领涨芯片股 台积电价格调涨 代工厂满产带来价格上涨弹性
芯片股延续近期涨势，截至发稿，中芯国际(00981)涨4.98%，报19.8港元；上海复旦(01385)涨4.39%，报13.78港元；华虹半导体(01347)涨4.29%，报25.55港元。
消息面上，据媒体报道，在产能供不应求的情况下，台积电将针对3nm、5nm先进制程和先进封装执行价格调涨。其中，台积电3nm代工报价涨幅或在5%以上，先进封装明年年度报价涨幅在10%-20%。
据悉，目前各大晶圆厂的产能利用率已经明显提升，不少厂商已出现满产、甚至利用率超100%的情况。而在业内看来，晶圆代工环节稼动率的持续提升以及部分代工厂的满产，未来将带来价格上涨的弹性。摩根士丹利近期表示，华虹半导体的晶圆厂目前的利用率已超100%，预计在今年下半年可能会将晶圆价格上调10%。
