圣诺医药-B(02257)：华风茂退任独立非执行董事
圣诺医药-B(02257)发布公告，由于分别有关重选David Mark Evans博士及王永祥博士各自为执行董事的第2(i)及2(ii)项普通决议案并未于股东周年大会上通过，故Evans博士及王博士各自已根据第四次经修订及重述的公司组织章程细则退任执行董事，自股东周年大会结束起生效。 Evans博士将留任集团药物开发与协作主管及王博士将留任集团首席制造官。
由于有关重选华风茂先生为独立非执行董事的第2(iv) 项普通决议案并未于股东周年大会上通过，故华先生已根据组织章程细则退任独立非执行董事，自股东周年大会结束起生效。华先生退任后，彼将不再为公司审核委员会成员以及公司提名委员会主席及成员。
