中国银河(06881)完成发行2024年度第五期短期融资券
中国银河(06881)发布公告，于2017年6月22日召开的股东周年大会上，公司通过了股东大会对公司董事会的授权方案的修订，据此，股东大会授权董事会发行债务融资工具，余额不超过公司净资本的350%。
根据上述股东授权，公司已于2024年6月21日完成2024年度第五期短期融资券发行。本期融资券的发行规模为人民币20亿元，面值及发行价均为每单位人民币100元。本期融资券的期限为95天，最终票面利率为1.88%。本期融资券发行所募集的资金将用于补充公司流动资金。
