港股异动 | 保诚(02378)涨超3% 开展20亿美元股份购回计划
保诚(02378)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.44%，报72.2港元，成交额201.54万港元。
消息面上，保诚宣布开展20亿美元(约156亿港元)股份购回计划，将不迟于2026年年中完成股份购回。公司称，股息政策维持不变，仍预期2024年的年度股息增幅将介乎7%至9%。于2023年底，公司自由盈余率为242%。因此，经计及2023年第二次中期股息后，决定将向股东回馈20亿美元。
