港股异动 | 水泥股持续低迷 东吴水泥(00695)盘中跌逾20% 产能置换政策再趋严 或倒逼低效产能加速退出市场
水泥股持续低迷，截至发稿，东吴水泥(00695)跌21.02%，报1.24港元；中国建材(03323)跌3.14%，报2.78港元；海螺水泥(00914)跌2.98%，报18.24港元；华润建材科技(01313)跌2.13%，报1.38港元。
德邦证券研报指出，近期工信部原材料工业司公开征求《水泥玻璃行业产能置换实施办法(2024年本)(征求意见稿)》的意见;相较于2021年版本，此次征求意见稿明确提出，新建水泥玻璃生产线能效必须达到《工业重点领域能效标杆水平和基准水平(2023年版)》要求的水泥行业能效标杆水平，连续两年每年年产量不足年产能30%的水泥熟料生产线产能不能用于产能置换;因不可抗力因素停产超过3年的平板玻璃生产线，其产能于2025年6月底前可用于置换，光伏压延玻璃项目可通过产能置换予以建设。
该行指出，产能置换政策再趋严，根据中国水泥网数据，当前能效水平低于基准值的低效产能在16%左右，大约2.85亿吨，未来在新的产能置换政策下，或倒逼低效产能加速退出市场，行业供需格局或逐步改善。
