港股异动 | 栢能集团(01263)盘中跌超9% 澄清称无意将公司私有化 此前称正考虑撤销上市
栢能集团(01263)盘中跌超9%，截至发稿，跌6.13%，报4.75港元，成交额450.75万港元。
消息面上，栢能集团公告，近日有市场传言在某个社交媒体平台流传，指公司可能会以私有化方式进行可能撤销上市。董事会谨此澄清，于本公布日期，即使董事会决定进行建议撤销上市，亦无意将公司私有化。
值得注意的是，栢能集团此前发布盈喜，预计6月止中期纯利不少于1.5亿港元，相较上年同期增长不少于6.5倍；因应业务策略，公司现正考虑于适当时候寻求以介绍方式将股份于新加坡交易所上市，以及申请撤销于联交所之上市地位的可行性。
