港股异动 | 中国秦发(00866)早盘高开14% 附属拟出售力远发展40%股权 变现近30亿人民币
中国秦发(00866)早盘高开14%，截至发稿，涨14.10%，报0.89港元，成交额59.63万港元。
消息面上，中国秦发发布公告，于2024年6月25日(交易时段后)，卖方秦发投资有限公司(公司的全资附属公司)、买方浙江能源国际有限公司与公司(作为担保人)订立买卖协议，据此，卖方有条件同意出售及买方有条件同意购买销售股份，占目标公司力远发展有限公司于完成时的40%股权，代价为人民币29.50亿元，可予调整。
公告称，买方的控股公司为于中国拥有国营发电厂的国有企业，正在为其于中国的发电厂寻找稳定且价格合理的煤炭来源。透过购买销售股份，买方将能够投资具有充足煤炭储量的海外煤矿。
卖方寻求变现其于SDE(PT Sumber Daya Energi)的部分投资，以换取现金。卖方收取的代价将减轻其于资本开支及偿还贷款方面的财务压力。由于买方的国有发电厂具有持续的煤炭需求，因此订立煤炭供应协议后，卖方将拥有稳定的收入来源。
