常满控股(08523)拟折让约10.0%配股 最高净筹约1760万港元
常满控股(08523)公布，于2024年6月26日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过配售代理向不少于6名承配人配售配售股份最多8000万股新股份，配售价为每股配售股份0.225港元，较当日收市价每股股份0.250港元折让约10.0%。
假设所有配售股份获配售代理成功配售，净筹约1760万港元，拟用作偿还集团债务;及补充集团的营运资金以支持其业务经营。
