天聚地合(02479)公布配发结果，公司全球发售481.82万股股份，公开发售占18.41%，国际发售占81.59%。每股发售价83.33港元，全球发售净筹约3.49亿港元。每手50股，预期将于2024年6月28日(星期五)上午九时正开始在联交所买卖H股。
其中公开发售获602.87 倍认购，国际发售获0.99倍认购。
