美亨实业(01897)公布截至2024年3月31日止年度全年业绩，该集团录得收益6.04亿港元，同比减少0.6%，年度溢利1145.5万港元，同比减少5.4%。每股盈利0.03港元。建议截至2024年3月31日止财政年度第二次中期股息为每股1.7港仙。
报告显示，年度收益主要由九龙龙翔道新九龙内地段第6579号、白石角大埔市地段第244号、九龙内地段第11264号何文田站、屯门兆康屯门市地段第483号及九龙牛头角道11号的住宅发展项目贡献。本年度，集团毛利同比增加1770万港元，系由于毛利率由去年的6.2%增加至本年度的9.2%。去年毛利率较低系由于集团加快部分建筑地盘(其工作计划因COVID-19疫情而延误)安装程序产生额外成本。
