哈尔滨银行(06138)拟向中国信达黑龙江分公司转让债权以优化资产结构
哈尔滨银行(06138)公布，为优化公司资产结构，于2024年6月29日，公司(作为转让方)与中国信达黑龙江分公司(作为受让方)签订债权转让协议，据此，公司同意将标的债权转让予中国信达黑龙江分公司。初始价款为约人民币1.5亿元。
截至2024年3月31日，标的债权的债权本金余额、利息、复利罚息及已垫付司法相关费用，合计约人民币5.05亿元，本金账面余额约人民币3.51亿元。
