洲际船务(02409)就两艘船舶订立融资租赁安排
洲际船务(02409)发布公告，于2024年6月28日，Seacon Shipping及两名租船人(即公司间接全资附属公司)与两位相关拥有人分别订立融资租赁安排，据此，Seacon Shipping同意根据相应的协议备忘录向相应的拥有人出售相关船舶，代价各为3170万美元;各拥有人同意根据相关光船租赁，分别将相关船舶出租予相应的租船人;及公司以拥有人为受益人订立担保契据。
两艘船舶各为一艘42200dwt的在建散货船，由集团根据两份造船合约于2023年4月25日收购。
