瑞银：维持交通银行(03328)“中性”评级 目标价升至5.95港元
瑞银发布报告称，维持交通银行(03328)“中性”评级，目标价由4.7港元上调至5.95港元。公司首季业绩优于该行预期，估值已回升至大致符合与国企同业水平。
虽然瑞银并略微调整预测，但仍对交行持谨慎态度，不过对以下因素的担忧有所减少：1)净利息收入增长及净息差或比同业更稳定;2)随着更强而有力的政策出台，对房地产和地方政府融资平台(LGFV)违约风险的担忧有所缓解。
