港股异动 | 国联证券(01456)一度涨超7% 公司整合成效可期 行业并购重组加速推进
国联证券(01456)一度涨超7%，截至发稿，涨4.51%，报3.01港元，成交额1561.18万港元。
消息面上，中航证券近日研报指出，目前监管明确鼓励行业内整合，在政策推动证券行业高质量发展的趋势下，并购重组是券商实现外延式发展的有效手段，券商并购重组对提升行业整体竞争力、优化资源配置以及促进市场健康发展具有积极作用，同时行业整合有助于提高行业集中度，形成规模效应。预计行业内并购重组事项将持续加速推进，建议关注重组标的券商，如国联证券等。
今年5月，国联证券发布公告称公司拟以11.31元/股向国联集团、沣泉峪等46名交易对方购买其合计持有的民生证券100%股份，并拟向不超过35名特定投资者发行股份，募集配套资金不超20亿元，发行A股股份数量不超过2.5亿股，拟用于民生证券业务发展。根据2023年财务数据显示，两家券商合并之后，国联证券资产规模共1470.71亿元，净资产规模共339.52亿元，国联证券重资产业务实力有望进一步提升。
