港股异动 | 宏信建发(09930)再涨近8% 近三日反弹40% 公司海外及多元化发展稳步推进
宏信建发(09930)盘中再涨近8%，近三日累计反弹逾40%。截至发稿，涨5%，报1.47港元，成交额2792.64万港元。
长江证券此前指出，高空车作为高景气赛道，近年来国内需求迅速增长。宏信建发作为远东宏信控股的大型经营租赁商，当前设备规模位列亚洲第一，全球前列。未来我们认为随着行业景气度持续高位，供给格局不断集中，龙头公司有望充分发挥自身优势享受行业红利。
华泰证券则指出，公司此前公布限制性股票及股权激励计划，有望充分激励员工，吸引并留住优秀人才。截至23年底国内核心业务区域布局网点数量达490个，海外网点数量达4个，海外业务有望成为公司的重要增长点。同时，公司在23年开启了伸缩式臂叉车、汽车吊等多品类导入和营销，并积极开拓房建基建改造、城镇建筑运维等多场景，多元化发展进一步推进。
