耐世特(01316)发布公告，公司已采纳价值创造计划，以(i)使高级管理层的利益与公司目标保持一致;(ii)提供额外的财务激励予高级管理层，以促进公司的增长、发展及财务成功;及(iii)使公司能够招聘及留聘被认为对公司成功至关重要的高质素高级管理层成员。
董事会根据价值创造计划审议并批准2024年授出。公司12名高级管理层成员合共获授予557.92万份奖励，其中418.44万份为绩效计量单位，139.48万份为限制性计量单位，该等计量单位相当于现金总值340.25万美元。
