交个朋友控股(01450)最高涨超6%，截至发稿，涨3.03%，报1.36港元，成交额129.29万港元。
消息面上，交个朋友控股昨日公布，2024年第二季度，集团合计完成商品交易总额(GMV)约人民币35.3亿元，较2023年第二季度增长约13.93%；2024年上半年累计完成GMV约人民币59.6亿元，较2023年上半年增长约18.24%。
同日，公司发布公告称，董事计划动用股份购回授权，并依市场状况动用最多3000万港元，不时在公开市场购回股份。公司拟以自有财务资源拨付建议股份购回。董事会认为，建议股份购回可展示公司对自身业务展望及前景充满信心，且最终会为公司带来裨益及为股东创造价值。
