港股异动 | 中环新能源(01735)再涨超8% 附属与国能安徽签订合作框架协议
中环新能源(01735)再涨超8%，截至发稿，涨7.68%，报9.82港元，成交额4761.92万港元。
消息面上，中环新能源公布，附属中环低碳与国能安徽签订合作框架协议，双方拟在安徽省范围内启动、开发及投资新能源及光伏电站相关项目，为期三年。
董事会相信，该协议中考虑及概述的合作框架将使集团能够利用其在新能源项目的开发及运营方面的经验及能力。董事会亦相信此次合作可扩大集团的商机、拓宽其收入来源及提升其财务业绩。因此，董事会认为与国能安徽的合作将有利于集团的未来发展，并将符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
