港股异动 | 新股百望股份(06657)盘中转涨逾9%收复招股价 早盘一度重挫19%
新股百望股份(06657)今日挂牌上市，早盘一度重挫19%，随后跌幅逐步收窄，午后拉升转涨，成功收复招股价36港元。截至发稿，涨6.11%，报38.2港元，成交额3297.83万港元。
据悉，百望股份专注于通过百望云平台提供SaaS财税数字化及数据驱动的智能解决方案。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，于2023年：按收入计，百望股份在中国云端财税相关交易数字化市场排名第一，市场份额为7.1%。
百望股份此次IPO引入1名基石投资者，无锡市惠山区国有资本股权投资平台江苏原力，认购722.22万股发售股份，占发售股份的77.98%，占全部已发行H股的7.95%，占上市后公司全部股份的3.20%。
