世纪金花(00162)：宛庆获委任为授权代表
世纪金花(00162)发布公告，秦川由于将用更多的时间安排个人的生活、学习，因而辞任公司执行董事兼行政总裁，由2024年7月10日生效。
于秦川辞任后，彼亦将终止担任联交所证券上市规则第3.05条所规定的公司授权代表及及根据公司条例(中国香港法例第622章)在中国香港代表公司接收法律程序文件或通知的公司授权代表(该等授权代表)。公司执行董事宛庆获委任为该等授权代表，自2024年7月10日起生效。
