金科服务(09666)获董事长夏绍飞增持10万股H股
金科服务(09666)发布公告，公司董事会接获执行董事兼董事长夏绍飞自愿增持公司股权的通知。于2024年7月9日，夏绍飞于公开市场收购公司10万股H股，代价为每股H股约5.72港元(收购事项)。
夏绍飞认为，近期公司H股以远低于公司经营业绩及相关价值的估值水平进行买卖，夏绍飞强调，其对公司的前景及内在价值，以及物业管理行业的长期发展前景充满信心。因此，夏绍飞表示，在遵守适用法律及监管规定情况下，其日后将考虑适当进一步增持公司股权。
