如祺出行(09680)公布配发结果，公司全球发售3000.48万股股份，公开发售占约6.01%，国际发售占93.99%。最终发售价每股35港元，全球发售净筹约9.692亿港元。每手100股，预计股份将于香港时间2024年7月10日(星期三)上午九时正开始在联交所买卖。
其中，香港公开发售获0.6倍认购，国际发售获1.17倍认购。
