福莱特玻璃(06865)发布公告，根据公司A股股份的《回购报告书》，若在回购方案实施期限内公司实施了派息、资本公积金转增股本、派送股票红利、股份拆细或缩股等其他除权除息事项，公司将按照中国证监会及公司股票上市地证券交易所的相关规定，对回购股份的价格进行相应调整。
调整前A股回购价格上限：不超过人民币30.00元/股(含);调整后A股回购价格上限：不超过人民币29.62元/股(含);本次A股回购价格调整起始日期：2024年7月19日(2023年年度权益分派除权除息日)。
