国银金租(01606)订立广东融资租赁合同
国银金租(01606)发布公告，该公司作为出租人与广东承租人于2024年7月12日订立广东融资租赁合同，出租人以代价人民币5亿元向广东承租人购买广东租赁物，及出租人同意向广东承租人出租广东租赁物，租赁期为96个月(广东融资租赁交易)。
广东租赁物为位于中国广东省的燃气输送、存储、调压设备及其附属设施。广东租赁物的评估值约人民币5.12亿元。广东承租人不单独核算广东租赁物的税前及税后利润。
广东融资租赁合同乃由公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。订立广东融资租赁合同有益于增加公司融资租赁业务收入，符合公司业务发展策略。
