港股异动 | 华润建材科技(01313)涨近4% 华南地区水泥加价有望推动下半年盈利回升
华润建材科技(01313)午后涨近4%，截至发稿，涨3.89%，报1.87港元，成交额3240.89万港元。
消息面上，华润建材科技公布，集团截至2024年6月30日止6个月公司拥有人应占盈利预期将同比减少大约65%至75%。中金表示，公司受资金、竞争环境和雨水天气等多方面影响，上半年盈利因此承压。而华南地区水泥成功加价加上表现稳健，下半年盈利有望回升。同时该行亦指，骨料业务下半年的销量及吨盈利贡献有望改善，中期分红能力有望增强。
国泰君安此前指出，伴随区域企业价格策略集体转向，以及差异化错峰模式落实扎实，两广水泥6月以来复价执行良好，推动华南市场盈利预期企稳回升，公司作为两广区域龙头将充分受益，叠加前期预期偏弱下公司PB已处于历史低位，有望迎来盈利及估值同步修复。
